DALLAS, TX, March 15, 2020 – Alpha & Omega Cannabis Solutions, LLC announced today the following appointments to its executive and management team:
Kenneth C. Lockhart, President & CEO: Kenneth C. Lockhart has over 28 years of consulting experience in management consulting, strategic planning, systems selection, process design and documentation. He also specializes in the implementation of supply chain, project management and financial management systems in the engineering and construction (E&C), manufacturing, distribution and professional services industries. Mr. Lockhart has a proven track record of founding several successful companies as well as having worked as VP of Information Technology & CIO for a major electrical contractor. Ken holds a Bachelor’s in Management from Wayne State University, MBA from American Intercontinental University and Master of Divinity from Liberty University.
Kyle Swafford, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer: Kyle Swafford brings over two decades of experience in ERP implementation, digital transformation, organizational design and development, culture, governance, business intelligence and analytics, software development and IT strategy. He specializes in the implementation of financial management, supply chain, project management and HCM/payroll systems and has previously served as CIO for a major contractor in the engineering and construction industry. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, he holds a Masters in Business Administration degree with Certificates in Finance, Entrepreneurship and Easton Technology Leadership from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
James Ryer, Vice President of Marketing and Chief Information Officer: James brings nearly two decades of experience in IT management to Alpha & Omega Cannabis solutions. His past experience includes several decades of running a retail IT services business in Albany, NY and a web hosting and web design firm in Palo Alto, California. He has held several Information Technology positions at the Senior Director level for San Jose based Rosendin Electric and Washington DC based Phacil, Inc. prior to coming on board at Alpha & Omega Cannabis Solutions. His tenacity for identifying IT waste and cutting costs for businesses is unprecedented and he has saved the companies he has worked for or been engaged with several million dollars a year in overhead and capital expenses. James holds several Executive Certifications from Notre Dame University, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Brigham Young University, and an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Business in Etampes, France.
Deborah Powell, Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer: Deborah has worked for Lockhart & Associates Holdings and its subsidiaries in addition to her 40 plus years of experience in the Healthcare industry where she held several operational and senior management positions.
Deborah brings many years of leadership and management experience as well as a solid business acumen to her role at Alpha & Omega as well as spearheading a multitude of strategies and initiatives to help bring technology solutions to the Cannabis Industry.
Deborah graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
Donald R. Lockhart Jr., Manager, Applications Development: Donald has several years of experience developing applications for the commercial and Public Sector markets. He is proficient in the use of industry leading development tools and operating system. Has received awards for the quality and end-user acceptance of the applications he developed. Don holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Georgia
